As I mentioned in a blog entry before, I’m somewhat obsessed with street style (especially since the reality of my woeful student budget has finally set in.) I picked these three out of the growing Filipino/ Filipino American community on Lookbook because they are refreshingly original style-wise and for their photographic aesthetic. And they all have that much needed yet undefinable quality known as attitude or (gumption as Betty says from Ugly Betty).
There is so much out there however, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be checking back in with new favorites. Maybe an account of my own soon! (The site is at the moment, invite-only.)
